Your notes stay yours

Privacy Policy

Tool inputs stay in the current browser tab. Hosting requests and any email you send have separate boundaries.

Scope and operator

This notice describes the bundled Sneakwise planners and pages. The site operator controls the deployment, publishes contact information and is responsible for reviewing this notice when hosting, integrations or practices change. Use the Contact page for privacy questions. This is not a promise about unrelated services, browsers or applications used to open an exported worksheet.

Tool inputs and results

Entered objectives, level labels, route notes, seconds, coin values, option names, availability choices, personal ratings and practice details are processed in JavaScript page memory. The bundled tools do not submit those values to a server, add them to a URL or send them to the game. There is no inventory lookup, game login, account database or cloud history. Do not supply game credentials or player identifiers; none is needed.

Local memory and exported copies

The tools do not retain entries in cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. Reloading, leaving or closing a page may discard work. Clear entries clears the current form and result. A browser may independently restore form values or keep cached pages despite autocomplete being discouraged. Saved text, PDFs, printouts and screenshots are your copies; protect them and review their contents before sharing. Clearing the site cannot delete copies in another application.

Hosting and ordinary website traffic

Loading a WordPress page sends request information such as IP address, browser headers, page address and request time to the host and any configured security or delivery service. Those services may retain ordinary access or security logs. The plugin does not determine their retention periods. Such requests are distinct from tool entries, which the bundled calculation code does not transmit. The operator should establish and disclose any additional processing used in the actual deployment.

Cookies and third-party code

The package includes no visitor analytics, advertising pixels, external fonts, embedded game content or live game-data calls. It sets no tool visitor cookies. WordPress administration, the active theme, hosting and other plugins can have their own cookies or scripts. Any added session recording, analytics or injected code must be assessed separately because it may be able to access page fields. The operator should not enable capture of sensitive user input. See the Cookie Notice.

Email correspondence

The package has no contact-form collection or upload endpoint. If the operator enables a public email address and you send a message, the operator and mail providers receive what you send, including your address, signature and attachments. Use fictional examples and omit credentials, receipts and account information. Mailbox retention depends on the operator and applicable obligations; no universal period is asserted here.

Choices and rights

You may avoid optional fields, use non-identifying labels, choose not to export and clear the current page. For personal information held through correspondence or hosting logs, contact the operator with enough detail to identify the request but without adding unrelated sensitive material. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion or objection; identity checks and lawful exceptions may apply. Unsaved tool entries cannot be retrieved from the server because the tools never send them there.

Security, young players and changes

Use a trusted device and a secure site connection. The tools cannot protect against compromised devices, browser extensions or unrelated code added to WordPress. No age, legal name or account is required; avoid supplying children’s personal information. The operator should update this notice when actual practices change. A saved copy may not reflect the latest deployment.
